BSC International Occupational Health and Safety Certificate Program
Based on the point that most occupational accidents and occupational diseases can be prevented by an effective occupational health and safety management, the British Safety Council offers the "International Occupational Safety and Health Certificate Program", an internationally recognized qualification indicator for health and safety professionals.
This certificate has been accredited by IOSH as it meets the technical membership requirements of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Certificate holders can also apply to the joint membership of the International Institute of Risk and Security Management (IIRSM).
The International Certificate Program consists of two compulsory units,.
- Unit 1. Health and Safety Management Principles
- Unit 2.Control of Hazards in the Workplace
The language of instruction and examination will be English for candidates applying to the English program, and the language of education and examination will be Turkish for candidates applying to the Turkish program.
Candidates who will apply to the English program are recommended to be at Level 6 according to the English Language Test System (IELTS).
Candidates are expected to have an adequate level of literacy and mathematical skills.
